Rebecca Nissen is a PhD student of Learning Technologies at the University of Minnesota. She received both an Instructional Psychology & Technology MS in 2024 and Communications BA in 2021 from Brigham Young University. She has previously worked as an instructional designer for a university software implementation team and has been involved in the publication of a number of open textbooks.
