About Digital Accessibility
Digital accessibility involves creating web and media content that everyone can use, regardless of their abilities. All University websites, Canvas course materials, and other digital content (such as Word documents, slide presentations, videos, and images) produced by the University must meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Level 2.1 AA by April 2027. This is due to a newly instituted requirement by the Department of Justice.

Caption/Transcript Requests
Creating media for teaching and learning is great, but captioning all the videos and transcribing your audio for accessibility can be a real time commitment. Submit a caption and/or transcript request for assistance.
