Nicki earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from Bradley University in Peoria, IL and, after a short stint in the corporate world, began working in K-12 education. She holds a Master’s degree in Teaching ESL from Hamline University and is currently a PhD candidate in the Higher Education track in OLPD. Nicki’s professional interests include justice-based pedagogy, adult learning and professional development design, and leadership for change. She loves helping students and educators discover their passions and develop means to pursue them.
