Lyn DeLorme (she/her) is an Instructional Designer who combines a passion for education with expertise in digital learning. She enjoys supporting instructors as they become comfortable with technologies and instructional strategies that positively influence their teaching practices. Lyn holds a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of North Dakota and a PhD in Occupational and Adult Education from North Dakota State University. Her professional experience includes curriculum and training development for the aviation and medical fields, small business website design, and collaborating with faculty on course design across numerous disciplines such as aviation, applied sciences, and teacher education. Lyn also has classroom teaching experience from early childhood through the collegiate level.
