Luis Lopez is a PhD student in the Multilingual Education program. He has been teaching languages and developing instructional materials for more than 10 years. He holds a B.A. in English from the Universidad de El Salvador, and a M.A. in Teaching English to Students of Other Languages (TESOL) from St. Cloud State University, MN. His research focuses on multilingual education, epistemic justice, and educational technology.
