Josh graduated from the University of North Dakota with a BS in Elementary and Middle School Education. He spent two years living and teaching in Thailand as a Peace Corps volunteer. Upon returning Josh taught in an elementary school for seven years splitting time between fifth and third grade. While teaching, he earned his M.A. in Educational Technology from Concordia University in St. Paul. Josh’s work at the University of Minnesota centers on helping instructors improve their courses. He is an advocate for using technology to improve the learning experience for both students and instructors.
