Jason Kang

Position
Instructional Technology Fellow for School of Kinesiology

Jason is a doctoral candidate in the School of Kinesiology with an emphasis on biomechanics and neuromotor control at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. In the fourth year of his program, he is passionate about using non-invasive stimulation to treat neurological disorders.

Jason enjoys interacting with and helping others. Before coming to the University of Minnesota, he worked in the fitness industry. That experience helped him recognize his mission to help other people achieve their goals. His career goal is to be a clinical research scientist, to help patients improve their quality of life.

Jason is the IT fellow for the School of Kinesiology, which gives him an opportunity to help faculty members and teaching assistants with their teaching needs. It also makes him think about the interaction between technology and humans, and how they make each other better.
